Autonomous day training


In the Circus Studio, professionals and experienced recreational circus practitioners can practice independently during the day. You need a membership to train in the Circus Studio.

Open evening and weekend training


The studio is open for open training on Tuesday evenings and Sundays. Acro, juggling, aerials or other circus disciplines of all levels are welcome!

Aerial Hoop (Beginner)


The Aerial Hoop beginners course is for anyone who has no or very little experience.

Aerial Hoop (Int/Adv)


In this intermediate/advanced Aerial Hoop course we focus on flow, transitions between figures, but also on the dynamic side of Aerial Hoop, such as turns, tempos and more!

Physical preparation & Flexibility


The Flexibility and Physical preparation class is very suitable to use as an addition to your other circus or aerial classes. But the lesson can certainly also be followed as a normal sports lesson to get fitter, but in a circus-like and playful way! 

Handstand Foundations


The focus is on learning the basic principles of hand balancing and how to approach this in a sustainable, safe and smart way.

Handstand Evolution


Join us and discover and experience how you can grow in your handstand practice. This class is for those who can consistently kick to a handstand and maintain their balance for 10 seconds or more.

Aerial Strapping (Beginner)


The Beginners Strapping Course focuses on exercises that help build a strong foundation. This allows you to work on tricks and skills in a safe way and the risk of injury is reduced.

Aerial Straps (Intermediate)


Aerial straps is a circus discipline that is becoming increasingly popular in both the professional and recreational circus world. All levels are welcome!

Aerial Silk (Beginner)


In this course you will learn all the basics of this popular discipline and improve your core strength and flexibility.

Aerial Silk (Int/Adv)


Silks teaches you to create elegant and flowing sequences of movements with special cloths. Intermediate/advanced is intended for more experienced students.

Partner Acrobatics & Acroyoga (Beginners)


In partner acrobatics and acroyoga you work together with others to balance on each other and move in all kinds of positions. This makes you stronger, more flexible and you learn to orient yourself upside down. You don't need any experience or a partner to participate.

Partner Acrobatics & Acroyoga (Intermediate)


In partner acrobatics and acroyoga you work together with others to balance on each other and move in all kinds of positions. These classes are taught at an intermediate level, one step above beginner.

Solo Trapeze


Learn the art of the Solo trapeze in our new and challenging course for participants of all levels. Discover what good body alignment does for you, unleash your full power and learn to create beautiful lines. In addition to delving into beautiful, creative and elegant movements, we will also explore the power, dynamics and momentum in the air with challenging tricks.
