Foundation

The Tall Tales Company Foundation aims to:
Introduce as many people as possible to circus and other performing arts, to contribute to improving the circus climate in the Netherlands and Rotterdam in particular, and furthermore to do anything which is in the broadest sense related, inherent and/or conducive to these goals.

The board is unpaid, has the following ancillary functions and currently consists of:

• President
  Kristin de Groot: independent company in the field of Advice / Fundraising / Confidential Advisor, chairman of the board of the MEI(S) foundation / Marina Mascarell
• Treasurer
  Marijn Belaard: cultural entrepreneur and business leader at the Libi Foundation, (business) management advisor at the Impact Foundation, trainee Supervisory Board of Theater Zuidplein, board member of De Amazones
• Secretary
  Soesja Pijlman: advisor / project leader Kunstgebouw, coordinator theoretical graduation project and pre-education Codarts Circus Arts, in-depth program Festival Circolo , board member Circomundo, working group youth Circuspunt, management committee European Youth Circus Organization
• General member
  Mireille Lifelong: Lawyer and owner of Leeflang Law & Mediation in Rotterdam.
• General member (as of 01-03-2024)
  Anne Schaap: Architect Schaap and Sturm Architecten, guest lecturer Codarts Circus Arts, guest lecturer Faculty of Architecture TUDelft.
• Junior member 
  Rose van Rijk: Master's student in clinical psychology at Utrecht University, counselor for mentally disabled young people, Bont Foundation.

Remuneration policy
Tall Tales Company is affiliated with the NAPK and works in accordance with the Collective Labor Agreement for Theater and Dance.

ANBI
The Tall Tales Company Foundation has been designated by the tax authorities as a Public Benefit Organization (ANBI). According to the law, there is an ANBI if an institution (almost) exclusively aims for the public benefit and meets a number of additional conditions. This means that extra tax benefits are possible with donations to the Tall Tales Company Foundation.
