Foundation
The Tall Tales Company Foundation aims to:
Introduce as many people as possible to circus and other performing arts, to contribute to improving the circus climate in the Netherlands and Rotterdam in particular, and furthermore to do anything which is in the broadest sense related, inherent and/or conducive to these goals.
The board is unpaid, has the following ancillary functions and currently consists of:

Mireille Lifelong: Lawyer and owner of Leeflang Law & Mediation in Rotterdam.

ANBI
The Tall Tales Company Foundation has been designated by the tax authorities as a Public Benefit Organization (ANBI). According to the law, there is an ANBI if an institution (almost) exclusively aims for the public benefit and meets a number of additional conditions. This means that extra tax benefits are possible with donations to the Tall Tales Company Foundation.
